Welcome to AI Palm Reader (the "Service"). These Terms govern your use of our AI-assisted palm reading and self-observation reports. By uploading a palm photo, answering questions, viewing a report, sharing a report link, or purchasing a full report unlock, you agree to these Terms.

1. What the Service Provides

AI Palm Reader helps you upload a palm photo, answer a few optional context questions, and receive an AI-assisted palm reading report. The report is designed for self-observation and personal reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, career, relationship, or life-decision advice. You should not rely on the report as a substitute for qualified professional advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have permission to do so and that the person understands how the report may be generated, stored, shared, and unlocked.

3. Palm Photos and Inputs

You are responsible for the palm photo, name or nickname, answers, and other information you submit. Do not upload another person's palm photo or personal information without permission. You grant AI Palm Reader a limited license to process, transmit, store, and display your submitted content solely to operate the Service, generate your report, preserve your unlock record, provide support, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

4. Report Sharing

If you create or copy an invitation or report link, anyone who receives that link may be able to access the shared experience or the basic report content you choose to make visible. Do not share a report link with anyone unless you are comfortable with the information available through that link being viewed by them.

5. Paid Unlocks and Billing

The full report unlock is a one-time digital content purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, and we may receive transaction status, order identifiers, and the email you provide for access and support. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

6. AI Limitations

Palm reading reports are generated from image signals, detected palm-line features, your answers, and system prompts. The output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or different from your expectations. We do not guarantee that a report will predict events, produce a specific outcome, or be suitable for any important decision.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to bypass payment or access controls, reverse engineer protected systems, overload the Service, upload unlawful or harmful content, impersonate another person, submit information without permission, or use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third-party providers for hosting, storage, analytics, security, payment processing, AI inference, palm-line detection, email delivery, and customer support. Your use of those components may also be subject to the providers' own terms and policies.

9. Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms by changing the date on this page or providing notice inside the product. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Palm Reader and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. Our total liability for all claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the affected report unlock, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

12. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security or payment risk, abused the Service, or caused harm to other users, third parties, or our business. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
