This Privacy Policy explains how AI Palm Reader ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our AI-assisted palm reading Service.

1. Information We Collect

Palm photos and report inputs. We collect the palm image you upload, your answers to report questions, name or nickname if provided, selected language, and generated report content.

Palm-line and analysis data. We may process visible palm features, detected palm-line data, image quality signals, scores, and report sections needed to create your reading. We do not use palm images to identify you or verify your identity, and we do not create biometric templates for identification.

Unlock and invitation data. We collect report identifiers, unlock status, invite or referral counts, sharing preferences, access tokens, and the email address you provide when continuing to a paid unlock.

Payment data. Payment providers process billing information directly. We receive limited payment information such as order identifiers, payment status, amount, currency, timestamps, and the purchase email. We do not store full card numbers.

Device and usage data. We may collect IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, button clicks, approximate region, cookies or similar identifiers, error logs, and security events.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to generate and display your report, save unlock records, process payments, send service messages, provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve reliability and safety, measure product performance, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service, including hosting, storage, CDN, payment processing, AI inference, palm-line analysis, analytics, security, email delivery, and support providers; when required by law; to protect rights, safety, and security; or with your direction when you share a report or invitation link.

4. Report Links and Visibility

If you share a link, recipients may see the invitation flow or any basic report content you choose to make available. Treat shared links like private links: anyone who receives the link may forward it unless access controls are added or the link is disabled.

5. Retention

We keep report, unlock, and payment-related records for as long as needed to provide access, support purchases, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, and meet legal or accounting requirements. Server logs and security records are kept for a limited period unless needed for investigation. You may request deletion of personal information, subject to legal, fraud-prevention, payment, and security retention needs.

6. Security

We use technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No online service is perfectly secure, so please avoid uploading or sharing information you do not want processed by an online service.

7. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information. 8. Children

The Service is not intended for children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us so we can review and remove the information where appropriate.
